There is never a good time to be without power and in survival or emergency situations, you will need this radio.

This emergency radio has a hand crank charger with a bright LED flashlight, AM (525 KHz to 1710 Khz)-FM (88MHz to 108 MHz) and weather radio (162.40 to 162.55 Mhz) with a USB port to keep your smart phone and other mobile devices charged.

A power station in the palm of your hands in case you do not have any way to power it up. The Improved battery capacity, upgraded to 1000mAh will allow the flash light to run up to 15-20 minutes with an LED Illumination of 5000lux.

Cranking the handle on the side of the emergency radio for one minute will provide 20 minutes of radio/light power. When fully charged, the emergency radio provides up to 10 hours of power.

Returns Information

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality survival gear, we know you will love them. Sometimes though, there can be situations where products need to be returned. We aim to help you get through those times as painlessly as possible.

We will replace any of our products that arrive damaged as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery:

If we happen to send you incorrect products, we apologize in advance! Please call or email us as soon as soon as possible and we will deliver to you the correct product. This will occur at no cost to you.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours or later are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs to and/or from the warehouse to the delivery address.

If your order has shipped, the customer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns:

We understand that you expect the very best when it comes to buying survival gear. If you don’t like it, return it for a refund. No questions asked. The customer is responsible for all return postage / freight costs. 

No returns on used products. The box must be intact. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Payment of Refunds:

Where a refund is necessary for any reason the funds will be transferred back to the original credit card or account that was used to purchase your order. Please allow 5-10 business days.

Warranty:

Different manufacturers will have different warranty policies. Please make sure that you read your warranty policy fully before using your gear. In the case of damage or parts needed, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Price Guarantee Policy:

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.

If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
