How Long Will My Order Take?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order.
You can expect to receive most orders within 4 to 7 days. Since most of our brands ship from their warehouses directly to your front door—ensuring you're getting the authentic products straight from the manufacturer—shipping times may sometimes vary.
Some brands offer made-to-order products or custom gear and build outs, and those orders may take a little while longer, but Tough Survivors and every brand we partner with are completely dedicated to our customer’s satisfaction and to completing and delivering your order as quickly as possible. If your item(s) is on back order (more than 5 days) or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via your provided email. If you have any questions about an order please feel free to contact us via email at help@toughsurvivors.com and a representative will be in touch with you within 1 business day.
How Is My Order Shipped?
We distribute all over the United States via trusted FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail.
Can you ship outside the US?
We only ship to customers in the US.
Can I Make Changes To My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
In most cases you cannot make changes to your order once it has been submitted. We begin processing your order immediately so we can ship it out to you as soon as possible. However, with manufacturers it is possible to make changes after the order has been placed, before shipment. **Please contact us immediately to see if your order can be changed.
Why Is My Order Incomplete?
Primarily Tough Survivors orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you order two products from two different brands, then your orders items will be shipped separately and shipping times could vary.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours or later are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for a 35% restocking fee and shipping costs to and/or from the warehouse to the delivery address.
My Order is Damaged:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note and take photos of the damage when signing for the delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to help@toughsurvivors.com and we will process an insurance claim and return on your behalf.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Customers from or currently living in the state of Tennessee while ordering (meaning that your billing and/or shipping address is in Tennessee) are required to pay sales tax. However if you live outside of Tennessee then you do not have to pay sales tax. Sales tax is automatically added during the checkout for Tennessee-based customers only.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
I Have Not Received A Confirmation Email Regarding My Order?
To ensure you receive all emails from ToughSurvivors.com, please check your Spam and/or Junk folder in your provided email account. You may opt to add the email addresses help@toughsurvivors.com to ensure emails arrive in your inbox. What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?
Tough Survivors accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
